In her role as CRM Manager at AXA, Sarah developed an annual program of direct marketing for acquisition, retention and revenue generation. Key annual campaigns included lost super, general insurance and insurance upsell campaigns. These campaigns were recipients of the Silver ADMA award and the Gold Echo award.
